Hotel Policy
Boomerang Village Cottages room rates are nett inclusive breakfast per room night.
Boomerang Village Bungalows room rates are nett per room night Not breakfast included.

Individual charges mini bar, laundry, etc - must be paid to the hotel upon check-out.
A valid ID or Passport must be presented upon check-in. Name on ID or Passport should match the guest name under which the room is booked.
Check-in time 01:00 pm. and check-out time is 12.00 noon.

- After 12:00, late check-out charge is 50 %.
- After 18:00, late check-out charge is 100 %.

Reservation Payment For reservation, Deposit payment can be paid by

• PayPal System. Customers will receive our Request Payment (invoice) by email, then just click the link in the email. It will lead customers to pay securely on the PayPal website-- PayPal payment system accept all type of credit cards and PayPal account balances. • Bank Transfer You can transfer the money by Bank in Italy or Thailand. If you prefer this option we send you the invoice with our Bank details.

Note: Bank Charge and Transfer Fees: the hotel does not accept responsibility for the payment of Bank charge or fees resulting from the transfer of money from your account to our bank. Any such fees or charges are the responsibility of the customer, and cannot be deducted from payments.

Conditions for Cancellation
For cancellations or changes made before 20 days from arrival date a charge will apply equal to 2 nights per room (including taxes). For cancellations made in the last 20 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 30% will apply. No reimbursement is provided in case a guest will not show at the resort on arrival day or decide to leave before check out date.
