Hotel Policy Terms & Conditions Individual charges mini bar, laundry, etc - must be paid to the hotel upon check-out. A valid ID or Passport must be presented upon check-in. Name on ID or Passport should match the guest name under which the room is booked. Check In/Out Time The check in time is 2:00 PM in the afternoon and the check out time is twelve noon (12:00 PM). There are a free luggage storage and a shower room available in the Hotel for early arrival or late departure. Reservations Payment terms: 50% Deposit Payment is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Valid Photo ID which belongs to the credit card holder upon check-in the name of the photo ID must be match the card holder name. Payment You will require a valid credit card to pay for your reservation. Your card will either be charged the total amount or a deposit of the total amount of your stay including any other services as detailed in the offer conditions. The charge will appear on your card statement as a charge by Boomerang Village Resort Phuket in Thai Baht or in your local credit card currency converted from Thai Baht by our bank, at their conversion rate applicable on that day. Note: We accept also payment through PayPal or Bank transfer "if you do not have a credit card", but only for reservations OFFLINE, for that please feel free to contact us, with the form Contact Us or by Email info@phuket-boomerang.com CANCELLATION POLICY Any cancellation received within 21 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Any cancellation received within 7 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. Early check out; the balance of booking value will be charged, payable direct at the hotel.
